Basketball Twitter's annual tradition of bashing the All-NBA teams is once again going down all around us. This year, there is some REALLY egregious mistakes, most noticeably surrounding the two best players in the league.

The 2019 All-NBA First Team had two noticeable exclusions: Kevin Durant, who made the second team, and LeBron James, relegated to the third team. And we need to talk about that for a moment.

Let's just think about this. The supposed best hypothetical team in the league doesn't have either LeBron James or Kevin Durant on it. How crazy is that?

Apparently, putting up 26 points per game along with 6.4 rebounds and 5.9 assists for the best team in the world isn't as impressive as what Paul George did in Oklahoma City. PG may be an MVP finalist but you'd be hard-pressed to find anyone out there announcing that he's a better basketball player than Kevin Durant.

While LeBron was injured for some time on a frustrating Lakers team, he put up 27/8/8 in his age-34 season. Apparently, the media values that season as equally as they valued what Blake Griffin did in Detroit this year. LeBron had made first team in 11 straight seasons, and his streak has been snapped in teeth-gnashing fashion. The third team? We're talking about the man who could end up retiring as the GOAT. Kawhi Leonard only played five more games than LeBron; LBJ deserved a second team selection, full stop.

Just take a step back and realize what you've done, voters! You disrespected KD and the King. Sure, it's nice to recognize guys like Paul George and Kawhi Leonard for their terrific seasons, but you've got to do it the right way.
