Joe Burrow's college football career got off to a rocky start at Ohio State. He was buried on the depth chart behind Dwyane Haskins and ended up completing his undergraduate studies without ever becoming the starter.

What came next was a transfer to LSU and the rest is history. The historical run began with a simple tweet two years ago today.

Burrow was above-average in 2018, finishing with 2,894 yards and 16 touchdowns en route to a 10-3 record and a Fiesta Bowl victory, but 2019 is when the legend was born. The Louisiana legend threw for 5,671 yards and 60 touchdowns as his Tigers went 15-0 to become National Champions.

Burrow wasn't always a hero in Baton Rouge, as his connection with Joe Brady eventually led to the emergence of the future No. 1 overall pick. Prior to 2019, Mel Kiper, Jr., deemed Burrow a likely Day 3 Draft selection.

So much for that prognosis.
