P714,000 shabu seized in Naga City

LEGAZPI CITY — Authorities arrested two suspected drug personalities and recovered P714,000 worth of shabu (crystal meth) in a buy-bust operation in Naga City in Camarines Sur province early Sunday, December 4.
Police Senior Master Sergeant Tobias Bongon, Naga City police spokesperson, said in a report that Raynier Dayaday, 37, and Susan Alegre, 59, were arrested after selling 25 grams of shabu for P75,000 in Barangay (village) San Felipe at around 5:15 a.m.
During the body search, they also recovered 80 grams of shabu from the possession of the suspects.
The suspects were in the custody of the police and will be facing charges of violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
