Aeronautics career exhibition at AMPRIBy HTS

India, Sept. 23 -- The school students explored about the aerospace and aeronautics and option for pursuing career in the field. An open exhibition 'Capsule Exhibition' was organised at AMPRI, Bhopal.

The three-day exhibition was organised by the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research CSIR and Advanced Materials and Processes Research Institute AMPRI on the occasion of Capsule Exhibition for CSIR Platinum Jubilee Celebrations.

Students from various CBSE and private schools participated in the exhibition. The exhibition was all about the practicals and model presentations. With an aim to let the young minds learn about aerospace and aeronautics, the exhibition was organised.

As many as 30 students of Campion School actively participated in the exhibition. The students along with the mentors visited the Capsule Exhibition and explored developments in each unit of our defense, natural energy and chemical inventory system. Volunteers of CSIR explained each one of their inventions in Aerospace and strategic development attracted all the students. At the presentation of Aeronautics the students were briefly explained about SUCHAN (mini van), pushpak450 (micro air vehicle, GSLV (m-3), LCA-Tejas and GMR sensors.

This exhibition showcased the achievements and activities of CSIR. Overall, this visit helped students about choosing their careers in Research and development other than tracing the same path by majority.

Notably, CSIR is organising Capsule Exhibition across the country. The purpose of the 'Capsule Exhibition' was to make aware students all-out the increasing scope of career options in the field of aerospace and aeronautics. Different models presentation, practicals and interactive sessions by the volunteers of the CSIR with students made the exhibition more productive.
