New Delhi, Nov 22 (UNI) Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh is paying an official visit to Russia from November 27 to 29 during which the two countries are expected to ink a comprehensive security agreement on cooperation in combating terrorism and all organised crimes.

The agreement, which was approved by the Union Cabinet on Wednesday, would further reinforce the cooperative relationship between India and Russia, officials here said.
