Patna, Jan 18 (UNI) Throwing volley of questions indirectly upon Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, the incarcerated supremo of Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) Lalu Prasad today said that everyone knows under whose regime the water bodies were encroached upon in the state.
Through a tweet in the social media, Mr Prasad without taking the name of Mr Kumar termed the Jal-Jivan-Hariyali mission as a gimmick and said that the pioneers of the mission should disclose under whose patronage the water bodies were encroached upon during the past 15 years.
