'Game of Thrones' Creators David Benioff and D.B. Weiss Leave Longtime Management CompanyBy Floor8

Despite what some fans think about the Game of Thrones showrunners David Benioff and D.B. Weiss, it will be interesting to see what the duo accomplishes next. Their next step away from the hit HBO series has now come, as they've just dropped their longtime management company, Management 360, Variety reports

The pair is now working towards their next project, which could prove to be bigger than Thrones, as they're set to direct their own trilogy of Star Wars movies. Disney CEO Bob Iger has confirmed that the announced Dec. 16, 2022 film will start the trilogy.

The news of the two leaving the company is the first we've heard from the pair since before the premiere of the Thrones series finale, which both creators said they would go into total internet darkness for. Benioff even admitted that he planned to be "very drunk and very far away from the internet" as the final episode aired.
