Chandigarh, Nov 15 (UNI) Haryana Health Minister Anil Vij said that CBI would soon file charge sheet in the court against senior Congress leader and former chief minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda in National Herald case, for which Governor Satyadeo Narain Arya had given approval to the investigative agency.

Mr Vij said that after completing the investigations on this matter, the CBI had asked for approval from Governor against Mr Bhupinder Singh Hooda. The Governor had given approval on for further action, which has given hope that CBI would soon file chargesheet against the former chief minister.

The Minister said that Mr Hooda had allotted land to Congress on throw away prices in National Herald case which caused a huge financial loss to the state.
