Keep in mind that ​this big uptick in production came in the aftermath of a World Series championship, when sometimes players fall off due to the dreaded championship hangover. And he continues to own the offseason, too, by being nothing but kind and generous.

On Twitter Monday night, Bregman showed some love to another promising young hitter. It all started with this video.

And thanks to the trendy Pitching Ninja shirt, the young man got recognized by one of the best of the best in Bregman.

​​Turns out, the kid himself overreacted like a madman to Bregman's praise. And Bregman wasn't done showering it on him.

Yes, Alex Bregman himself is willing to meet up with the youngster and take some BP with him. What a moment for the kid. He's got over a month left of Spring Training to get 'er done!

It IS a pretty sweet swing, honestly. Having a World Series champion recognize you for that is definitely a feather in the young man's cap.
