New Delhi, Feb 13 (UNI) Congress chief Rahul Gandhi on Tuesday took a swipe at perceived differences between the Bharatiya Janata Party and its coalition partner Peoples Democratic Party on talks with Pakistan and charged the Centre with not having a clear-cut policy on the Kashmir problem.
While the PDP, the Nehru-Gandhi family scion asserted, holds that Pakistan should be involved in conducting a dialogue on the Kashmir problem, Defence Minister Nirmala Sitharaman has affirmed the neighbouring country will have to pay for its adventurism.
Mr Gandhi alleged that Prime Minister Narendra Modi was dithering from taking any decision on the matter.
