Enemy troops shelled a community in the Nikopol district, Dnipropetrovsk region.

Yevhen Yevtushenko, the head of the Nikopol district administration, said in a Telegram post, Ukrinform reports.

"One of the communities was struck. The scale is being determined," he wrote.

Yevtushenko also called on people to stay in shelters as there is a risk of repeated attacks.

As Ukrinform reported, Valentyn Reznichenko, the head of Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, said that on the night of Tuesday into Wednesday, the Russian army killed 11 people and wounded 13 others in the Nikopol district. Marhanets and the Myrove community came under fire. Later it became known that two more people, who were wounded during the night shelling, died in the Marhanets hospital.
