​The Manny Machado-to-the-Yankees hype train is officially cruising full speed ahead, courtesy of Dellin Betances.

There was never any doubt that the ​Yankees would be pursuing Machado during the offseason, and Betances has just fully endorsed it by commenting on the potential signing.

Well, we have to agree with the man on this one. Machado would be an excellent addition to the Yankees, who are already one of the best teams in the ​MLB without him.

If Machado were to join the ​Bronx Bombers, they'd be adding even more firepower to their explosive offense. It would be quite the sight to see.

Of course, the biggest concerns surrounding Machado are always about his attitude, his hustle, and whether or not he will give his next team the full effort that they will surely be asking of him. ​​

If the Yankees can bring the best out of Machado, and if he buys into their work ethic and culture, he would be a game-changing newcomer to their roster. We're sure that Betances and company would love to have him.

The only question that remains is whether or not the Yanks will want to pay the asking price.
