Zoe Saldana shares her time-saving beauty regime

Zoe Saldana has become a pro at the "get out of bed and go" beauty regime since becoming a mother.The 39-year-old actress shares sons Bowie and Cy, two, and seven-month-old Zen with husband Marco Perego.

While she rarely looks anything but picture perfect, Zoe has revealed in a new interview with People.com that getting ready while managing her brood is "all about time management".

"These boys have definitely made me a pro at the get out of bed and go method which is the basics: moisturiser with sunscreen, a light concealer, blush and a good lip," she smiled to the outlet.

"That can get me through most days!" The Avatar star is approaching her 40th birthday and will reach the milestone age in June 2018.

But while many women struggle with the concept of turning 40, Zoe insists she isn't worried about the ageing process.

"I try to look at age as just a number rather than it defining me," she said.

"Of course, with each passing year, I've noticed my body changing, but rather than focusing on what I may have lost I try to focus on what I've gained through those years.

I try to have some grace and thanks for all that this body has given me." Zoe recently teamed up with skincare brand Kiehl's for their new initiative Cremaholics, which creates a safe space for beauty fans to confess their love of shopping while learning about the best products for their skin types.

Interestingly, one person who relies on Zoe's bulging bathroom cabinet is her beau Marco.

The long-haired artist frequently nabs his spouse's favourite items, with the actress admitting that her "shampoos, conditioner and Kiehl's Ultra Facial Cream are always fair game".
