Dakota Johnson doesn't approve of push-up bras

Dakota Johnson isn’t a fan of push-up bras as she doesn’t feel comfortable with her breasts “in her chin”.The How to Be Single actress was tapped as one of lingerie giant Intimissimi’s new faces last month (Sep17), joining the likes of supermodel Irina Shayk in her new role as spokesperson.

When it comes to shopping for underwear herself, Dakota, 28, is keen for something that feels as comfortable as it looks rather than simply being sexy.

"I won’t buy it if it sucks,” Dakota told W magazine about her taste in smalls.

"I’m not a big push-up bra girl.

Obviously, I want things to look nice, but I don’t really care about that.

I would rather feel comfortable and know that things are pretty than have my t*ts in my chin."One big no-no for the star is ordering lingerie online, as she insists it never works as nothing fits properly.

She’d much rather follow an “old-fashioned” approach and go into a store where there are women who are “educated about female bodies” to help her pick the perfect pieces.It isn’t just underwear Dakota loves to shop for though, as she also shared one of her new finds in New York City.

"I have some vintage stores that I try to go to as often as possible," she explained.

"Recently I found this really beautiful, rust-coloured Dries Van Noten blazer that is a little too big for me, but looks very Eighties.

But I have a thing where I can’t name them because then I’m afraid that everyone will go.

I can’t have that!"
