Ozzy Osbourne is suing the organisers of New York's OZY Fest, claiming fans could be misled into thinking the event is linked to his Ozzfest concert series.

The rock legend has headlined Ozzfest for over 20 years and he claims OZY Fest, which took place in Central Park in July (17), left some fans confused - as he was not part of the line-up. The festival included appearances from Jason Derulo and Talib Kweli.

According to TMZ, the star's legal team is suing to assure the name is not reused and is seeking all profits from the event.
