If Sonam Kapoor is to be believed, gone are the days when actresses shared ice-cold vibes on the sets. In fact, Sonam dismissed the notion of catfights and said that while they may make for "spicy news", actresses are not insecure as they are portrayed to be.

"Actresses are hardly fighting with each other during a film. They are happy doing their own thing," she told Deccan Chronicle. The Neerja actress is set to share screen space with Kareena Kapoor Khan, Swara Bhasker and Shikha Talsania in Veere Di Wedding, and contrary to reports of a rivalry, the girls got along like a house on fire.

"All four of us, Bebo (Kareena Kapoor), Swara Bhaskar, Shikha Talsania and I had a ball shooting for Veere Di Wedding. There was no competition among us. As for Radhika (Apte) and I, during Pad Man, we didn't shoot together. Even if we had, we would have been fine. She's such a fine and confident actress," Sonam said.

Incidentally, Sonakshi Sinha recently said on a chat show that she once received "a lot of attitude" from Sonam, which she found unnecessary. Sonam was quick to apologise and Sonakshi decided to let bygones be bygones. She tweeted, "Aww dont be silly @sonamakapoor! We've all been on these shows where we are coaxed to say things we really dont wanna!!!! And then arent we used to things being blown out of proportion? Not to be taken seriously! Big hug. (sic)"
