Ice Cube wants Trump to be taken out of White House in handcuffs like a criminal: 'I can’t wait to see that'By Meaww

Rapper Ice Cube has shared that he cannot wait to see Donald Trump in handcuffs once he is out of office. While appearing on 'The Breakfast Club', the legendary rapper was asked about his music career which led to his 2018 diss track titled 'Arrest the President'.

In the track, he called for Trump to be arrested and told authorities that they have "got the evidence."

"I stay in music. I never leave. I’ve got albums out. I’m touring, I got tour dates coming. I never stop. It’s a part of who I am. I love it and it’s really about just being a b-boy and not nothing else, you know?" the 'Friday' actor shared.

"I don’t care about the industry as much as I used to but I do care about the music, doing it, still staying active. I still got stuff to say. So it’s fun," he added.

The host then commented, "I mean you did Impeach the President and they did impeach the president."

The veteran rap star responded to this and said, "Yeah, I said: ‘Arrest the [President] They still haven’t gotten to arrest the President. That’s what I want to do. Well, when he gets out that White House, he definitely gonna be in handcuffs."

"Man. I can’t wait to see that, like that [Harvey] Weinstein in those handcuffs, man. That’s a beautiful day," he continued.

Ice Cube had released the track as a way to get his fans to go and vote during the 2018 midterm elections.

At the time, he had taken to Twitter to share, "Cuffs are ready … Get out there and vote. #ArrestthePresident dropping this Friday." The track hinted at the evidence in connection with Trump's ties to Russia. Its video included many pictures related to POTUS and the Russia investigation.

The video featured a burning 'Make America Great Again' hat, some shots of Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin, amongst other things. Ice Cube was heard rapping as the pictures were displayed, "Arrest the president, you got the evidence, that n----- is Russian intelligence."

He was also asked about his past work with disgraced producer Harvey Weinstein. Ice Cube admitted to working with Weinstein in the past but said he had trouble thinking about anything else but the actresses who were harassed by him and blacklisted over the years.

Currently, the rapper's BIG3 League is planning to launch a quarantined reality show in April in order to help quench the nation's thirst for basketball after all games were suspended over the coronavirus outbreak. Sources told ClutchPoints, "The preseason tournament will feature 16 to 22 players from The Big3 who are negative for the coronavirus, and they will be quarantined in Los Angeles."

"To assure the league is operating under safe conditions, players will be quarantined in a large home provided by the league, sources said. A basketball court/facility will be built on site. If a player breaks quarantine at any point during the tournament, he would be eliminated and removed from the premises," sources said.
