Jammu, Aug 17 : Acting tough against the illegal dental clinics, are running in the state especially in Jammu province, the Jammu and Kashmir State Dental Council sealed about dozen illegal and unregistered Dental Clinics being run by quacks and fake doctors in area of Ghumat, Janipura and Bantalab putting lives of hundreds of patients at risk. After receiving so many complaints against such practice is being carried out by the non professionals, a inspection team constituted by, President JKSDC Dr. Romesh Singh, consisted of Dr. Bhupinder singh , Incharge Clinical Inspections, Dr Satvinder Singh , Assistant Prof. C/O IG Dental College , Jammu, Dr. Rakesh Raina Dental Surgeon, DHS , Jammu, Dr. Surinder Pvt. Practitioner, Dr Rajesh Pvt. Practitioner and accompanied by members of the State dental Council Dr. Girish Gupta. Dip. Dir. Dentistry, Dr Munish Gupta. Registrar, JKSDC Dr. Ritesh Gupta warned those unregistered unqualified persons who are illegally operating dental clinics to close their clinics at the earliest otherwise the strict action will be initiated against them. He requested the common people to intimate the council of any illegal clinic is operating in their vicinity. Dr. Bhuipnder Singh urged the dentists of the state to get their clinical registration done at the earliest otherwise they will be forced to take action under rules as per the orders of the President JKSDC, Dr. Romesh Singh.
