After dodging traffic barrels left strewn on the freeway from a pursuit that occurred only minutes prior, this piece of plastic flew up and completely covered the windshield of my car, from left to right and top to bottom. I traveled an additional 450 feet braking and steering to the construction narrowed median before being able to safely remove the visual obstruction.'
