Swing Moves by Itself

Occurred on September 27, 2019 / USAInfo from Licensor: 'My daughter and I were about to make a video in her playhouse outside when I notice the swing moving but didn’t think much of it. As I was setting up the camera it was still swinging so I told her go inside for now but didn’t tell her why. I didn’t want to scare her. But what got me the most was when I wanted to approach the swing it just stopped dead on its tracks hard to explain why!'
